Sessionry
Coming soon
Your tabs, back after a crash.
Sessionry saves your open windows and tabs a couple of seconds after every change, as a version you can go back to. If the browser starts without your last session, one click brings every window back.
Free: 3 days of history, 5 collections. Pro coming soon. No account.
What it does
- Autosave
- Versioned history
- Tab groups
- No account
- Chrome & Edge
Saved within seconds
Every tab change is saved a couple of seconds later, with a safety-net save every 1, 5 or 15 minutes.
One click after a crash
When the browser starts without your last session, the icon shows “!” and “Restore it” brings back every window, with pinned tabs and tab groups.
Every change, versioned
Three days of versions, each showing what was added or closed. Restore everything, one window or a single tab.
Tabs you want to keep
Save a window or picked tabs as a collection, drag tabs between collections, reorder and undo.
Find any tab you had
Search across open tabs, collections and history. Close duplicate tabs in one click.
Built not to lose things
Every version carries a checksum and the newest are kept twice. Closing tabs never overwrites the previous version, and an empty browser is never saved over your session.
A look inside

Free now, Pro soon
Autosave within seconds, lost-session detection and one-click restore, 3 days of versioned history, up to 5 collections, search, duplicate cleanup, and import and export.
90 days of history, unlimited collections, encrypted export and a daily backup file in your Downloads folder. Pricing announced at launch.
Pro is not available yet. The first release is the free version.
Tab addresses stay on your computer
To restore your session, Sessionry stores the address and title of your open tabs, their windows, pins and tab groups, only on this computer. Your browser describes this permission as “Read your browsing history”. Sessionry never reads page content, has no access to websites and makes no network requests. Incognito windows are not saved by default, and VNCNT Labs never receives anything.
Known limits
- Sessionry saves within seconds of a change and keeps a second copy, but a change made in the last moment before a crash may not be saved yet.
- Background tabs stay unloaded until you click them, so a big restore doesn't freeze your computer.
- Pages restore from their address. Unsaved form text inside a page is not part of a session.
